I lead project management and the delivery team, meet clients to shape requirements, answer RFPs, RFQs and RFIs, and keep design, development and clients moving in the same direction.

Before the ventures
Twelve years at Alfa Telecommunications
From 2009 to 2022 I worked in radio network optimization at Alfa, finishing as RAN Optimization Supervisor. I led task forces that improved network quality of service, ran multimillion dollar tenders for radio tools and network audits, launched trials and proofs of concept, and set up the acceptance process for the 3G rollout of about 1,000 sites with Ericsson.
