AI Consulting

Practical AI for businesses that want results, not hype

Strategy, automation, AI agents and training for small and medium businesses. Clear goals, honest advice and solutions your team will actually use.

The gap

Everyone is talking about AI. Few are getting real value from it.

Most companies I meet have tried a chatbot, bought a few subscriptions and maybe run a workshop. Then things stall. Not because AI does not work, but because nobody connected it to a real business goal, a clean process and a person responsible for it.

That is the gap I close. I start from your numbers and your workflows, then bring in the right AI, at the right cost, with the right safeguards.

Where it works

Use cases I see pay off again and again

Every business is different, but the patterns repeat. Here is where AI tends to make the biggest difference first.

Product descriptions and translations at scale, smarter search, abandoned cart follow up, review analysis and customer service assistants that answer order questions in seconds.

Campaign ideation, ad copy variations, reporting that writes itself, audience insights from your data and content workflows that keep a consistent brand voice.

Proposal and document drafting, meeting notes and follow ups, knowledge assistants built on your own files and faster research for client work.

Multilingual guest and lead communication, listing content, booking and inquiry triage, and review management.

Ticket classification, network and operations reporting, vendor document analysis and knowledge bases for field teams.

How I work

Four principles I do not compromise on

Outcomes first

Every project starts with a number we want to move. If we cannot measure it, we do not build it.

Human in the loop

AI drafts, people decide. Review steps are designed in wherever quality or reputation is at stake.

Privacy by design

Your data stays under your control, with the right plans, permissions and hosting for each case.

Your team owns it

Documentation, training and simple handovers, so results last long after the project ends.

  1. We have a clear business goal we want AI to move, like revenue, time or cost.
  2. Our customer, sales or product data is digital and reasonably organized.
  3. We can name at least three repetitive tasks that eat hours every week.
  4. Someone on the team would own an AI project and push it forward.
  5. We know which data must stay private and who is allowed to use it.
  6. People already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini at work, even informally.

FAQ

AI consulting questions, answered

Every project is scoped to your goals, so I share a fixed proposal after our discovery call. Sprints and pilots are priced as fixed packages and advisory work as a monthly retainer, so you always know the cost upfront.

I am vendor neutral. Depending on the job we use models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or open source options, plus automation platforms like n8n, Make and Zapier. The choice depends on quality, cost, language support and privacy.

Quick wins often show up within the first few weeks. Larger projects, like agents connected to several systems, usually reach full value within one to three months.

Both. I design the solution and, together with my teams at 88medias and OZ88MEDIA, we build, integrate and support it. You get one accountable partner from strategy to launch.

In my experience it rarely does. It removes the repetitive parts of their work so they can spend more time on clients, ideas and decisions. Training is part of every engagement for exactly that reason.
